At Elevate, we understand that life gets in the way of your workout sometimes, so we give you the flexibility you need for your budget, schedule, and life. Our group fitness classes are designed to give you an effective workout in as little as 30 minutes.
Also, new to our facility, is the 24-Hour Free Weight gym! This is included as an add-on to almost every membership and can be utilized at your own convenience using VizPin technology to access.
Even if you already have a fitness routine, we invite you to stop in for a class to change things up. We believe fitness should be fun and it’s even more fun with friends and those that can give you a sense of accountability! + Pilates
Learn the basic principles of Pilates. Focus is placed on: alignment & stability, breath & movement coordination, and development of abdominal core strength.
Build your functional strength using weights and other tools. You can customize the intensity of this workout using a variety of low impact, easy to follow movements designed to target every muscle group. The results are increased strength and visible tone.
*Please note: Barre/Yoga (grippy socks) are required for this class.
+ BARRE ABOVE
Barre Above™ combines the best of aerobics, pilates, and yoga, plus the strength training of professional dancers, to create a one-of-a-kind workout that will sculpt your body and get you in amazing shape.
Barre Above™ workouts will: Improve your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance. Increase your body awareness and confidence in your fitness Provide new friendships and support network with fellow participants.
Don't worry if you don’t have any prior dance experience. Barre Above instructors will help you progress safely, while challenging you to develop your fullest potential. If you are interested in exploring the world of Barre, try a Barre Above class and take your fitness to new heights.
+ Corrective Exercise
Corrective Exercise consist of foam Rolling exercises and exercises to improve daily mobility and recovery. This class has been specifically designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, alleviate pain and improve exercise performance.
You will learn how to safely and effectively use the foam roller and perform self-myofascial release (SMR) of trigger points and connective tissue (myofascia). In addition you will learn corrective exercise work that will address common dysfunctions including neck, back, hip and any other joint pain.
+ Bootcamp Circuit
This is a Studio Signature class. If you've got a big goal and want to reach it fast- this may be just the fire you need. This one hour class will push your limits and change your body FAST. Plus you'll see improvements in all aspects of your athletic ability. Your trainer will keep you guessing with ever-changing workouts using high-intensity drills and circuit training to improve your endurance, strength, balance, agility and overall power.
+ Power Circuit
Get ready for a class that pairs strong, weighted movements and core work. With this powerhouse training, you’ll get stronger, leaner, and better-balanced! Power Circuit combines functional strength exercises with core balanced movements. The benefits of this combination are endless! Broad, dynamic ranges of motion enhance flexibility while building coordination; lifting heavy weights helps you gain functional strength and build lean muscle!
+ Vinyasa Flow
THIS YOGA CLASS IS FOR ALL LEVELS. Vinyasa (vin- ya- sah) simply means "Breath-Synchronized Movement" which means you will move from pose to pose while inhaling and exhaling. After just a few classes your strength, posture and stress levels will show significant improvement. Modifications are offered for beginners and advanced moves may be practiced as well.
Yoga can be intimidating but we encourage all of our clients to try this class a few times and see the dramatic improvements it will provide to your body- even a novice will see gains after just a few classes!
*Please note: Barre/Yoga (grippy socks) are required for this class. Be sure to bring water and wear form fitting clothes (so your shirt doesn't flip up during 'Down Dog'). We do have some mats available however, it is recommended that you bring your own mat or a yoga towel if you do not want to wear socks.
+ Zen Yoga
The philosophy of Zen is incorporated through being mindfully aware of the present moment. The basic principle of Zen Yoga is that focused & guided breathing, slow movement and deep stretches are available to anyone regardless of age, fitness, or health. Be mindful and in the moment.
*Please note: Barre/Yoga (grippy socks) are required for this class. We do have some mats available however, it is recommended that you bring your own mat or a yoga towel if you do not want to wear socks.
+ Slow Flow Yoga
This class will incorporate breath and flow, balance and strength, and flexibility of both mind and body, as we tune in and challenge ourselves through movement, breath, and relaxation. Bring a light heart of exploration, an intention of personal awareness, and a dose of self-compassion. Each class allows for a personally tailored level of challenge, through the use of modifications when needed, incorporating props for both strengthening and support, and always taking into account each student's own discretion and current needs.

+ Zumba
There are only two types of people in the world- those who LOVE ZUMBA and those who just haven’t tried it yet! The Zumba routines are exhilarating, Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, and offer an amazing calorie burn. The perfect balance of a progressive core workout and full-body cardio set to hot music. The Zumba program has exploded in popularity because it’s so fun and anyone can do it! It's like going out dancing with out the headache the next day!
+ Tabata Bootcamp Hybrid
A 30 minute full body high-intensity interval training class designed to hit all major muscle groups. We use barbell, body weight, kettle bell, weight plate and dumbbells to improve strength and endurance. After the dynamic warm up, our goal is to drive our heart rate up through muscle activation during 3 Tabata rounds. Each round includes 12 exercises - 30 seconds of work for each move with a 15 second rest between moves.
+ Tabata Express Cardio
Tabata Express Cardio is 30 minutes of high intensity interval training. Participants will work at higher intensities for short periods of time in order to use maximum amount of effort. In 30 minute we'll give you 5, 4 minute rounds of traditional tabatas of 20 seconds of high intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Each interval will allow you to push your limits while increasing your athletic and cardiovascular endurance.
+ Cycling
Elevate Cycling is offering interval based indoor cycling classes choreographed to inspirational music. Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flats. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. Bike computers provide real-time data including speed, resistance, heart rate and power. Classes are well suited for all fitness levels.
+ SOULfusion
SOULfusion is a group exercise class that combines elements of Yoga-Pilates-Barre-inspired flows, cardio, balance, and strength training exercises. SOULfusion can help improve balance and flexibility. It's set to music and offers modifications for all levels! SOULfusion classes focus on strengthening the core, including the abdominals, glutes, mid and lower back!
