+ HALO THERAPY
Halotherapy is an alternative treatment for respiratory and skin conditions that involves breathing in salty air created by a halogenerator. We require nothing of clients except to breathe deeply as you relax, mediate, or do yoga during your private, 30 minute session.
Utilizing Halotherapy could cause dry or itchy throat, nasal drip, and increased coughing at the beginning. This is a natural part of the cleaning process of the respiratory system, during which the pollution, accumulated over time, and now loosened up by the salt, is expelled from even the deepest regions of the lungs. Such side effects should cease upon the removal of pollution and pathogens!
+ WELLNESS COCOON
The Wellness Cocoon is a full body wellness service that combines infrared heat, vibratory massage and pink himalayan salt to create an environment for optimal health and wellness. There are a variety of programs to choose from to personalize your experience.
+ FLOAT THERAPY
The float is a sensory deprivation tank filled with over 1,000 pounds of Epsom Salt, making the water 100% buoyant. You lay back and effortlessly float for 1 hour, allowing your mind to drift into a deep, meditative state.

The RedFit Room utilizes infrared heat, chromotherapy, and optional on-demand workout videos to help increase fitness recovery and overall wellness.

The My-Lipo is a non-invasive LED contouring light that works to slim, shape, and tone the treated areas in combination with a cardio workout no more than 24 hours after a session! This is more affordable with similar results to liposuction.

Brio Sport Massage
This chair is specifically designed for recovery, giving you the benefits of a convenient, sports massage. The “Hot Rocks” style pinpoint heat application in combination with the treated area encourages blood flow to the muscles being worked. Choose from either 11 pre-programed settings, manual sessions, or focused sessions for your neck and shoulders, lower back, or glutes and IT bands.

Red light therapy is a restoring light that stimulates down to the bottom layer of the skin's dermis and boosts the production of collagen. The stand-up unit offers a vibrating shake plate that helps improve circulation, strengthen your core, and breaks down cellulite and lactic acid.

Ergonomic acrylic helps you to completely relax, and the powerful ventilation keeps everything cool and comfortable.

The Aqua-IR Hydration Pro is a whole body infrared steam sauna system that rehydrates the skin and provides the skin’s surface with topical water proteins, and liquid vitamins.

The Anti Aging POLY Light utilizes red light which stimulates the bottom layer of the skin dermis, increasing the production of collagen. Collagen enhances the overall appearance of the skin.
