This is a Studio Signature class. If you’ve got a big goal and want to reach it fast- this may be just the fire you need. Boot Camp combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training & balance work. 

Boot Camp classes are full of variety and every workout is unique. Expect the unexpected. Our instructor have access to many gym toys: benches, risers, mats, resistance bands, med balls, free weights and so on. 

WARNING: It’s called “BOOTCAMP” for a reason, we suggest that if you have just begun your fitness journey or if you are battling any serious health issues or injuries, you contact your trainer prior to the start of class to consult about modifications.
