Tabata express cardio

Tabata Express Cardio is 30 minutes of high intensity interval training. Participants will work at higher intensities for short periods of time in order to use maximum amount of effort. 

In 30 minute we'll give you 5, 4 minute rounds of traditional tabatas of 20 seconds of high intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Each interval will allow you to push your limits while increasing your athletic and cardiovascular endurance.
