Rachel's love for dance started while she was in elementary school, but it wasn't until she was a senior in high school that her fitness journey would begin and bring her two passions together. After weighing in over 200lbs, she decided she needed to make a change in her diet and exercise habits. She started running and after a few years, decided to try group exercise. After attending her first Zumba class, she was hooked. 6 years into her journey, she has lost over 60lbs and is spreading her love for Zumba and fitness in every class she teaches.
