So what does that really mean? You come anytime between the hours provided and workout alongside your trainer. We'll be using dumbbells, barbells and the wide open studio for squatting, running, jumping, lifting and throwing.
You will never get bored. We'll rarely do the same workout twice in any given quarter. A workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. They'll rarely be longer than 40 minutes so you can come at any point during the allotted time and join in.
We'll train in cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance.
