If you haven't tried red light therapy you're probably wondering what exactly is it?

Red light therapy, originally developed by NASA stimulates the bottom layer of the skins dermis which in turn, stimulates collagen production. In addition to collagen production, red light therapy also stimulates white blood cells by activating ATP (adenosine triphosphate) stored in the body. This stimulation works to repair damaged tissues. ATP also releases endorphins that provide soothing relief from chronic and acute pain.
