KO BOX CLUB offers realistic fight training with a focus on cardio and technique. Learn and participate in drills to simulate real kickboxing fight training, without the sparring. Each class will consist of bag work, and one on one focus mitt training. It is designed to simulate a true fight training experience through the use of 3 minute round training. You will learn how to warm up, target core strength, the mechanics of Muay Thai, hit with power and speed, and gain the knowledge of true fight preparation. Muay Thai means the Art of 8 Limbs, and we intend to use all of them. Life is a fight, so lets train for it!
