Nampa Fit Studio’s Functional Fitness exercise class is for EVERYONE! Beginners and workout enthusiasts alike! We incorporate all of the major muscle groups as well as the muscles you never knew you had! You will get 45 minutes of efficient and quality functional movements that will enhance not only the “trouble areas” but also it will nourish your spine, assist with balance, revitalize your postural muscles and strengthen your core with every movement. This class will leave you feeling improvement with your posture, balance, strength and flexibility!
