The BOSU is a phenomenal balance trainer. In this class you will use the BOSU to work on improving balance, coordination and reflexes, while strengthening the core with this functional full body workout.

 

All areas are targeted, but in particular the legs, arms and chest and smaller stabilising muscles, all of which support the structure of the body and maintain good posture.
